She joined Phil Klein Insurance Group in January 2012, just six months after PKIG opened its doors. With over 15 years of invaluable experience in the insurance industry, including 13 years with Independent Agencies, Kim brought a wealth of expertise to the team.
Upon joining PKIG, Kim's deep understanding of Independent Insurance Agencies proved instrumental in setting up effective policies and procedures to cater to our clients' diverse needs. Her dedication to outstanding service led her to handle all servicing needs for our clients for several years.
In recognition of her outstanding contributions and leadership skills, Kim was promoted to Office Manager in 2014. In January 2017, Kim achieved another milestone in her career as she was promoted to Operations Manager.
